Glasgow’s higher and further education institutions offer excellent food and drink courses, ensuring access to a highly skilled workforce.   Several food companies have invested heavily in recent years, including Allied Bakeries, McGhee’s and Robert Wiseman Dairies. Glasgow is home to many multinational organisations in the drink sector, in distilling, blending and bottling.
